RETURN POLICY

1. RETURN CONDITIONS
- Return notifications must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging, including all associated accessories.
1.2 EXCEPTIONS
- Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned unless there are manufacturing defects.
- Products that have been used, damaged or are not in their original condition are not eligible for returns.
2. RETURN PROCESS
- After you have registered your return/exchange here , you will receive the return label you ordered with in your email within 24 hours after your return request has been approved.
- Print the return label and stick it on the top of the box or have the barcode scanned from your phone at a Service Point. Please keep the shipping receipt safe until we have received and approved your return.
- To prevent damage during the shipping process, we request that you carefully pack your return in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy shipping box.
- After the return has been received and meets the return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding any shipping costs and/or return costs) back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
- If the received return does not meet the return conditions, we will contact you to find a suitable solution together.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

- As with a return, the customer remains responsible for part of the return costs, but will receive a coupon for free shipping on the repeat order. View here how much the return costs will be for you.
4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
- If you have received a defective or damaged product, please report it here within 14 days of receipt.
- Your request will be reviewed and once the request has been approved, a new product will be sent free of charge.
5. RETURN COSTS
- Part of the return costs are covered by us, the customer is responsible for the remainder, unless otherwise agreed or stated.

6. REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and approval of your return.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Shipping costs for returns are largely the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
7. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
- You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
8. CHANGES
Vylento reserves the right to change this return policy at any time. The amended terms and conditions apply to new orders from the moment of publication on the Vylento website.
