SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Quality comes first for us, which is why we carry out various quality checks before a product is shipped. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please report this within 14 days of receipt via Register Return / Exchange to be eligible for a free exchange with a new, comparable product or refund. In the event of a refund, we will refund the full purchase amount back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the incorrect or damaged product.
UNDELIVERED AND REFUSED PACKAGES
In the event that the delivery is rejected at the door for any reason, is marked as unshippable due to an invalid shipping address or if the package is not collected from a service point after which it is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that may be stolen, lost or incorrectly delivered. Therefore, keep a close eye on your email to stay informed of the latest shipping updates from our shipping partners.
