When will my package be delivered?
The carrier that delivers your package usually sends you an update by email. This often happens a day in advance or in the morning on the day of delivery. In this email you can see within which time slot you can expect the package.

Want to check where your package is and when it was last scanned? Scroll down to the View Delivery Status section. This way you can see exactly if your package is already on its way.

If you have not received an email from the carrier on the evening of the expected delivery day, please contact us using one of the contact options at the bottom of this page. Our team will be happy to help you.
The Netherlands
- Mon-Fri: Ordered before 5pm = delivered the next business day
- Fri. after 5:00 PM + Weekend = delivered on Tuesday
Belgium: 1-2 working days
Germany: 1-3 working days
Spain & France: 2-4 working days
Rest of Europe: 2–5 working days
View delivery status
Curious where your order is? Our tracking page shows you exactly where your package was last scanned and whether it is already on its way to your address. The carrier will also keep you informed by email. This usually happens on the day of delivery or a day in advance with the expected time slot of delivery.
There are 2 options to find your order on the tracking page.
Order number + Email or Phone number
Copy the order number from the confirmation email you received after your purchase. Fill this in together with the email address or phone number you used when ordering.
Or
Tracking number
Copy the tracking number from the shipping confirmation email you received once your package has been shipped.
Once you fill in this information, click on track, then you will see where your package was last scanned and whether it is already near your address. On the day of delivery, it will also be shown that the package is on its way for delivery.

On the tracking page you can see where your package was last scanned, whether it is already near your address, and whether it is on its way for delivery. In addition, the delivery service usually sends an update the day before delivery or on the morning of delivery, with the time slot in which your package will be delivered.
Does it say your package is being returned? Then it will be returned to our warehouse.
