WARRANTY POLICY

This Warranty Policy describes how Vylento VOF ("Vylento," "we," "us," "our") handles warranty claims for products purchased from Vylento. By purchasing from Vylento you agree to the terms of this warranty policy. Please note that Vylento reserves the right to change this warranty policy at any time without notice. Any product returned for warranty claims must comply with the terms and procedures set forth in this policy. We also reserve the right to deny warranty claims if they do not meet the terms of this policy or if there is abuse, misuse, accident or normal wear and tear. 1. WARRANTY PERIOD

All Vylento products are covered by a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. The date of purchase is stated on the back of the supplied warranty card, we charge an x ​​number of extra days depending on the country. To take the shipping process into account.

2. WHAT IS COVERED?

Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects and material defects that occur during normal use of the product. This includes defective parts, broken materials and non-functioning features that are not the result of misuse, abuse or accident.

3. WARRANTY CLAIMS

To make a warranty claim, you must provide valid proof of purchase, which includes a warranty card provided to us, a purchase invoice or an order number. Contact our customer service here or via info@vylento.nl to register your claim. If you contact us via the contact form, please select the 'Warranty Claim' option for the reason to receive assistance as quickly as possible. We will quickly review your claim and contact you about next steps.

4. SOLUTIONS

If your warranty claim is approved, a new product will be sent to you free of charge. If the product in question for which the warranty claim has been submitted is not in stock and cannot be sent within 14 days, the customer will be given 2 choices: Replacement product from our range or a refund.

5. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

  • The product must be used as supplied and must not have been altered or modified.
  • Damage caused by improper use, abuse, accidents or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser unless the included warranty card can be shown showing the date of purchase.

6. EXCLUSIONS

In addition to the above conditions, there are some specific exclusions from our warranty:

  • Loss or theft of the product.
  • Damage caused by the use of non-original accessories or parts not approved by Vylento.

7. FOLLOW-UP ACTIONS

If your warranty claim is approved, we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently so you can get back to using your product. We strive to provide excellent customer service and keep you satisfied at all times.

8. CHANGES

Vylento reserves the right to change this return policy at any time. The amended terms and conditions apply to new orders from the moment of publication on the Vylento website.
