1. APPLICABILITY

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by a consumer on vylento.com with Vylento VOF, Teylingerlaan 4H, 2215 RR Voorhout, KvK 87572788, VAT NL864334576B01 (hereinafter "Vylento"). 2. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

• By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email. If a product turns out not to be available after all, we will let you know immediately and refund the full amount.
• All prices are in euros and include VAT. You will see any shipping costs before you complete your order.
• You pay when you place the order, using one of the payment methods offered on the website.
• The products remain the property of Vylento until the full price has been paid.

3. DELIVERY

• The expected delivery times are shown on our shipping page and at checkout. We deliver no later than 30 days after your order, unless agreed otherwise.
• Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct. We cannot bear the cost of a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
• The risk of loss or damage only passes to you at the moment you, or someone you have designated, receive the parcel. Has your parcel been lost, stolen or damaged during delivery? Contact us and we will find a solution together.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

• You can cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
• Notify us of this by an unambiguous statement, for example by email to support@vylento.com or via our contact form, stating your order number.
• Send the product back no later than 14 days after your notification.
• We will refund the full amount, including the original shipping costs (for the cheapest standard delivery), no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have shown that you have sent it back. We refund using the payment method of your order.
• During the cooling-off period, you may handle the product as you would in a shop. If you go further than that and the product loses value as a result, we may deduct that loss in value.

5. RETURNS UP TO 100 DAYS

• In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, you can return products to Vylento up to 100 days after receipt.
• From day 15 up to and including day 100, the product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Otherwise, we cannot accept this voluntary return. Your statutory rights, such as the right of withdrawal and the statutory guarantee, continue to apply in full.
• Returns are free: we provide you with a return label. You can read how to request a return in our returns policy.

6. WARRANTY

• You are always entitled to a product that conforms to the contract (statutory guarantee, Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code (BW)). A product must have the properties you may expect under normal use, for as long as you may reasonably expect. If it does not, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
• In addition, Vylento gives a 12 month warranty on manufacturing defects, starting from delivery. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by improper use are not covered. Read more in our warranty policy. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the products and in the content of the website, such as trademarks, texts, photos and designs, belong to Vylento. Copying or commercial use without prior written permission is not permitted.

8. LIABILITY AND SAFETY

• Vylento's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
• Our products may contain magnets that generate a magnetic field. These can interfere with or switch off medical devices such as pacemakers and implanted defibrillators (ICDs). If you have such a device, keep the product at least 25 cm away from it and never carry it in a breast pocket.

10. COMPLAINTS AND APPLICABLE LAW

• Do you have a complaint? Contact our customer service at support@vylento.com. We respond within 24 hours.
• These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another country, you retain the protection of the mandatory rules of that country. In the event of a dispute, you can go to the competent court in your own place of residence or in that of Vylento.
