• Newsletter: your email address and preferences, if you sign up.
• Website use: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and data from cookies, depending on your cookie choice.

• Processing and delivering your order, handling returns and warranty: performance of the contract.
• Answering your questions: performance of the contract or our legitimate interest in helping you.
• Complying with our accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation.
• Sending you our newsletter and offers: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.
• Cookies for statistics and advertising: your consent, given via the cookie banner.
• Securing the website and preventing fraud: our legitimate interest.

4. RECIPIENTS

We never sell or rent out your data. We only share it with service providers that we need and that process it on our behalf:

• our online store and hosting platform (Shopify);
• our payment providers;
• our carriers and our warehouse, to deliver your order;

• Order data and invoices: 7 years, because of the statutory tax retention obligation.
• Contact with customer service: 2 years after the last contact.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Cookies: a maximum of 13 months; we keep your cookie choice for 6 months.
