Go to the return and exchange form and fill in your order details. Can't find this information or the form doesn't work? Don't worry. Contact us here via the contact form and choose "Request order details" as the reason. Provide as much information as possible so that we can help you quickly.

The default return solution is "Refund or Vylento voucher + 10% bonus" Do you want to receive a voucher with 10% bonus instead of a refund? Then see step 6. Example: if you refund €99.90, you will receive a voucher for €110. This refund method is up to three times faster than refunding to the original payment method.

Check the return overview carefully. If everything is correct, click confirm. You will receive a return label with further instructions by email within 2 working days.

Once you have mailed your return and would like to receive a Vylento voucher with a 10% bonus instead of a refund, please contact us here via the contact form. Choose “Request voucher” as the reason and state your order number or the name with which the order was placed. You will then receive your voucher + 10% bonus within 1 business day. Please only contact us once your return has actually been shipped. We can only release vouchers after your return has been shipped, so we can provide you with a voucher immediately .
If you choose a refund to the original payment method, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding any costs) within 10 working days, once we have received your return and it meets our return conditions.
Exchange
Not happy with the color or product, but want to exchange it for another item? No problem. You can exchange your order for free. Follow the steps below to make the exchange process smooth and fast.
We do not offer a direct exchange system. If you want to exchange a product, you first return it via our return and exchange form and then place a new order for the desired item yourself. This way you can be sure that you will receive the right product quickly.

Now you can reorder the desired product and we can be sure that you will receive the correct item.
If you choose to be refunded to the original payment method, we will normally refund the purchase amount within 10 working days, as soon as we have received the product you want to exchange. If you have already sent your desired exchanged product and have already ordered a new item, you can contact us here via our contact form with your new order number and indicate that you have already sent your exchanged items from order number XXXXX and have already placed a new order. Our team will then ensure that your payment is refunded expeditiously.

After you have registered your return or exchange via our form, you will receive a return label with further instructions by email within 2 working days.
Yes, that is no problem. In our return and exchange form you can easily indicate which items you want to return. Do you want to exchange an item? Then you can reorder the desired product yourself. For more information about the exchange process: scroll up to the Exchange section and click on the plus sign at the question "How does the exchange process work?".
Yes, you must first register your item for return before you can exchange it.
We do this deliberately so that you as a customer have the flexibility. If you want to receive the desired item as soon as possible, you can place a new order immediately. If you prefer to wait for a refund, you can then order again at your leisure. During your return process, you can also opt for a Vylento voucher with a 10% bonus on your original purchase amount. This is ideal if you were already planning to purchase another item. This way, you decide for yourself what suits you best.
If you have not received a return label after 2 business days, please check your spam inbox first. Is it not there either? Please give it 1 additional business day. If you have not received anything after 3 business days, please contact us via one of the contact options at the bottom of this page.
When requesting an exchange, there are 2 payment options:

You can request this as soon as your return has been sent. Click here to go to our contact form and enter "Request voucher" as the reason. You will then receive your voucher within 1 business day after your request.
Please note: If you contact us before your package has been shipped, we cannot yet provide this voucher. If you do not confirm that the product has been returned, you will receive your voucher within 3 working days after your return has arrived and been approved by us.
Refund to original payment method.
Once we have received the product you wish to exchange and it meets the return conditions, we will normally refund the purchase amount (excluding any shipping costs) to your original payment method within 10 working days.

After registering your return, you have 14 days to drop off the package at a parcel point. Make sure you send it on time, otherwise your return request will expire and we will not be able to process your return.
Once your return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
