This warranty policy describes the warranty that Vylento VOF, Teylingerlaan 4H, 2215 RR Voorhout (hereinafter "Vylento"), gives on products you buy from vylento.com. This warranty is free of charge and is in addition to your statutory rights; it does not replace or limit them.

1. DURATION AND TERRITORY

• All Vylento products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• The warranty applies to all products delivered within the European Union.

2. WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that arise during normal use, such as a defective part, material that breaks or a function that stops working, where this is not caused by improper use or an accident.

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

• Damage caused by improper use, misuse, an accident or normal wear and tear.
• A product that has been modified or altered.
• Loss or theft of the product.
• Damage caused by accessories or parts that are not original.

4. HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

• Contact our customer service here, or email support@vylento.com. Select the reason "Warranty claim" in the contact form so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
• Include proof of purchase: your order number, your invoice or the warranty card that came with the product.
• We will assess your claim promptly and let you know what the next steps are.

5. RESOLUTION

• If we approve your claim, we will send you a new product free of charge.
• If that product is no longer available and cannot be shipped within 14 days, you choose: a replacement product from our range or your money back.
• The shipping costs for a warranty claim are borne by us.

6. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Separately from this warranty, you are always entitled to a product that conforms to the contract (statutory guarantee, Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code (BW)). A product must have the properties you may expect under normal use, for as long as you may reasonably expect. You can read more about this in our terms and conditions.

7. CHANGES

• Vylento may amend this warranty policy. Your order is governed by the version that applied at the time you placed it.
