We do our best to have your package delivered as quickly as possible. We use the shipping times noted below. Unfortunately, these may vary during holidays.

When your package is shipped you will get a Track & Trace from PostNL in your E-mail, When you haven't received an mail you can contact as at info@vylento.nl or you contact us at the contact page .

Returns

Every product can be returned in 14 days. For returns, we charge 3.95. If you do not receive the correct product, or if your product arrives broken you will of course receive a new one free of charge. If you want to return you can contact us via the contact page or via our mail info@vylento.nl The product must meet the following requirements:

• All products must be returned within 14 days after the delivery.
• All products must be unused and undamaged.
• All products have to be clean and not dirty.

If you do not like your new purchase,. We only accept undamaged and unused products. Please note that you have to send the wallets back in the original packaging and with the box.
